Discussions, Resources and Solutions To Reduce Bad Cholesterol

where can i find food that rich of HDL cholesterol?

also, is it ok to consume food that rich of LDL cholesterol if i also consume the rich HDL one? thanks.
sorry if the questions sound stupid. my english isn't good.

If you want to raise your HDL cholesterol, eat foods that are high in mono-or-polyunsaturated fat, like avocadoes, eggs, fish, flax seed, nuts, and olive oil.

Eating foods that are high in cholesterol won't necessarily raise your cholesterol. Your three biggest enemies when it comes to cholesterol are: (1) trans fat, (2) saturated fat, and (3) processed sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Avoid these as much as possible.
