Discussions, Resources and Solutions To Reduce Bad Cholesterol

What's a good way to increase HDL (good) cholesterol?

Just got my test results back an my HDL (good) cholesterol is low (not really noew, they say it should be above 40, and mine is 39). Besides diet and exercise (I'm already doing that) is there anything else I can do? I've heard taking flaxseed or fish oil can help…does it?

Try eating seafood. Shrimp, lobster, crab, and fish all have that. I heard you need 1g of protein per 1lb. So one fish would be more than that and have the good cholesterol. So try seafood out.
