I was thinking about cooking a low fat lasagna with turkey meat instead of beef and using whole wheat noodles with fat free ricotta cheese.
Any other suggestions?

Sounds healthy. Sorbet may be a good dessert for that dish.
You can also grill some jerk chicken, broiled garlic herbed potatoes or yellow rice and steamed asparagus.
