I'm 26 yo and I'm not really fat but in the past couple of months I've gained like 15 lbs. I wanna look hot again for when summer roles by. My cholesterol is also a bit high and I need to lower it. What's the best diet for me? What kind of exercises should I do?
try eating high fibre food likes green veggies n fresh fruits.exercises like jogging,running,swimming,tennis etc that u can sweat more.drink only plain water,no tea,coffee n milk.take care.
