Will donating blood or platelets help lower cholesterol?
If you donate blood or platelets at a donating center, will it help lower cholesterol? Will it help anything else?
not sure where you got this idea from, cholesterol has nothing to do with the volume of blood in your body, more like as an "percentage" in simple terms. It will make you weaker if you do then you will just eat more.
