Is apple cider vinegar good to lower cholesterol and triglycerides and wouldn’t it also lower the GOOD hdl?

By admin · Friday, July 3rd, 2009

I have heard to use ACV to lower cholesterol. Will it help for triglcerides as well and wouldn’t it lower the good stuff the HDL as well? I need my HDL to stay up.

Apple Cider vinegar has no effect on cholesterol levels, triglyceride synthesis or lipid transit. All it did in tests was increase gastric emptying rate – how fast the stomach empties into the illeum by irritating the stomach.

Really. It’s salad dressing.
