Have you used metamucil to lower cholesterol and if so how much did you take per day.?
My cholesterol isn’t real high but the doctors keep wanting to put me on a statin. I read that if you take metamucil that will help lower the cholesterol. Have you done that and did it help. How much did you take per day. Thanks.
I have taken that stuff for a year before, maybe that is why mine is so low, I did not know,, thanks..
