when they make these type of drinks do they use bad LDL cholesterol or the other one HDL which i think is the good one.

It doesn’t indicate HDL vs LDL. However it’s not high enough for you to be concerned. However if you are looking to lower your "BAD" cholesterol. I would suggest Shakeology that has great ingredients to help you lower your cholesterol
