Hello, I went to the doctor, and My cholesterol was 226. She said normal was 110-200. My triglycerides were 325, normal is 35-250. She said for Me to go on a 6 month diet, and cardio exercise plan. I get the exercise part, but I’m not really sure what kinda foods to eat to help lower these. She did really tell Me what to eat. Also are there any vitamins or anything that will help? Thanks for any help.
226 is good and acceptable.
The higher glucose, the higher triglycerides. To lower triglycerides, cut all sweet foods and drinks, and excercise. Just more vegetables, oily fish, OATS, home-made sugarless YOGURT, and oolong TEA or reishi tea as please. Omega-3 fish oil and vitamine C can also help lower triglycerides.
