I’ve been seeing a lot of commercials lately that eating Honey Nut Cheerios lowers cholesterol. How many points will it lower it and for how long should I eat it to start seeing the results? Does it make a difference if I use whole milk or skim milk?
Dry cereals are a very bad deal — both economical and nutritionally. They so nothing for the intestinal tract and are over inflated as to price. They so not give necessary bulk, Cooked rolled oats, brown rice or millet would be much better for what U want a cereal to do.
