people are getting …
people are getting very confused about choloesterol. When your cholesterol goes up due to health issues (not diet), it is shown clearly in study after study that using cholesterol lowering drugs reduces incidents of death from heart disease. many people really benefit from these drugs. but the first goal should be a healthy diet. lets not throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Saying that …
Saying that someone’s cholesterol is not in the right range is like saying that their shoe size is not right, their hair color, their skin color, their height, their penis size, their blood type, their bite radius, AND SO ON…..is not right. Does this make any sense people???? Wake up and stop getting brainwashed by the bullship media hype with NO scientific evidence. I have offered $1000 to my doctors or anyone who can scientifically prove cholestorol causes heart disease!!!

Walnuts and Almonds, Ive heard, Also I hear Olive Oil Is good in moderation, like Omega 3 and Fish oils. Also High Fiber diet or oatmeal.
