lowering cholesterol is a real hassle and medicins often have nasty side-effects so its good to know more about it. By the way: although calcium is the bigger part of plaque in arteries, the cholesterol is the mortar. So if you lower that, half the work is done, I think?

I am such a big fan a natural remedies. I don’t like the giant pharmaceutical companies at all. They simply mask the symptom instead of fixing the problem. Great info on lowering cholesterol.
