Discussions, Resources and Solutions To Reduce Bad Cholesterol

Here are my blood test results. Are these triglyceride, cholesterol, LDL, HDL levels good or bad?

Im 29 yrs old, 6ft 2,150 lbs

triglyceride = 77
cholesterol = 147
LDL = 70
HDL = 62
chol HDL = 2.4

Any suggestions good or bad?
no, there is a comma there, thats means i am 6ft 2 inches, and 150 lbs

A normal level for fasting triglycerides is less than 150 mg/dL so yours is fine
A cholesterol below 200 mg/dL is considered desirable so this is fine.
An optimal LDL level is Less than 100 mg/dL so this is fine
A desirable level of HDL is greater than 40 mg/dL so this is fine
All of these values are within normal range.
