How can I raise HDL (good cholesterol)?
I am looking to raise my HDL (good cholesterol). I heard Kale juice and red wine does the trick. Any other foods/drinks that are less known but get the job done?
Diet consisting of vegetables and fruits, a glass of red wine a day, and exercise.
