Discussions, Resources and Solutions To Reduce Bad Cholesterol

Could you tell me if any of these foods are bad for your cholesterol?

Grilled chicken, plain white rice (no butter), grilled or baked steak, baked fish, grilled shrimp…..basically any grilled or baked meat, and plain white rice…..These are some of my favorite foods and I want to know if they are bad for cholesterol and weight control. I am not putting any butter or oils on any of the food……..Oh yea, also what about baked potatoes with spray imitation butter (I can't think of the name of it, but it is the one that is supposed to be low cholesterol or something), and a little salt and pepper…..is that bad for you as well???…….What are some good foods that are low in cholesterol and good for losing weight??? Grilled chicken – make sure you take off the skin.
Rice, no butter is ok
Stay away from red meats and bacon no matter how they are cooked.
baked potatoes, may hurt your triglycerides
salt and pepper is fine

Good foods: just about any fruit, vegetable, beans, or whole wheat bread.
