Excellent video. Thank you for pointing out how unbelievably bad statins are for us. I strongly urge everyone who knows someone on a statin to think about another method (DIET!!, low refined-carb, preferably high animal fat) to alleviate health problems.

There are also a multitude of densities that lipoproteins can form not just LDL and HDL. HDL was the only studied cholesterol correlated with any degree of confidence to heart disease. Small dense LDL is what kills us
