I am not a professional and can only give you links that might help. If you decide these links aren't right or you want more, they are not hard to look up.
I wish I had some advice I could give you. I do know my sister said the main problem in her house is getting her husband to lay off eating between meals and eating everything he shouldn't. lol
I guess that means having a lot of will power to walk away from the things you might want, but shouldn't have. : )

A healthy lifestyle is really about what is your head. Once you change your relationship withfood then everything will follow. First thing for you would try to eliminate beef, pork and lamb. Then replace it with turkey and fish. This will help you tremendously. Now how bout walking 2 miles a day for 100 days.It is a start. Don't overdo it.You will just stop.Try to focus on little victories at first. It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change.
