My weight is stable over 25 yrs due to active exercise and reasonable control my diet and stress is manageable but yet I never scored better cholesterol results. My age is 55 yrs.

**** **** in the morning eat for 2 weeks (( aubergines ) in french … the black vegetable : put it on the grill when it starts craking .. take off its skin …. the color is light green ..\ put it on a plate and mix it with lemon and little mashed garlic and salt to taste.
**** **** eat pineaple or 1 glass of its fresh juice in the morning or at night.
**** **** drink (a little) of fresh apple juice at night \( sip it )
**** **** eat salmon daily **** **** ovenroasted or smoked
**** **** eat tuna daily
**** **** eat avocado
**** **** eat lettuce daily its oil is good
**** **** u can have one tablespoon of good olive oil in the morning with ur food

2 weeks and u will be amazed by the results

avoid sugar and bread and oil except ( o;ive oil a little daily)
eat cawliflower instead of bread`( the plant with the large green leaves)
